Encoding background knowledge

cbcd.BackgroundKnowledge lets the practitioner pin required and forbidden adjacencies and orientations before the algorithm runs. The constraints are validated for internal consistency at construction time; inconsistent constraints raise CBCDInputError rather than silently degrading recovery quality.
